Maria Noll – Chairman of the Management Board

Graduate from the Higher School of Commerce and Law – Faculty of Law as well as postgraduate studies at Warsaw University in the area of local self-government.

Maria has more than 8 years of experience in the aquisition of EU and domestic funding for entrepreneurs, NGOs and self-government entities; since 2009 she leads her own advisory practice in this area.

Her advisory activities are aimed at obtaining funding for investments required for enterprise expansion, modernization, implementation of new technologies as well as diversification of business activities. The main industries served by Maria are manufacturing, food processing and IT.

She took part in numerous courses and seminars organized by the Implementing Authorities regarding EU funding. Fluent in English.


Jan Wittlin – Founder, Chairman of the Foundation Council

Graduate from the Warsaw School of Economics Jan – Quantitative Methods and Information Technology. He also completed post-graduate studies in Media Management in 2009 from Leon Koźminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management and is currently finalizing his PhD in law at the same university

Jan is an expert is the areas of internal audit, compliance, fraud prevention and business and process management with multiple years of experience managing the audit functions of international media enterprises (Grupa ITI, TVN, Grupa Onet.pl, RingierAxelSpriner), delivering advisory services at leading consultancies (EY and Deloitte) and performing hands-on implementations of processes and systems throughout multiple industries.

Jan has more than 15 years of experience building innovative products and solutions for the on-line and media industries. He is active as board advisor for innovative fintech enterprises, eg. the world’s first Equity Token Offering platform – Neufund.

In addition to his academic background Jan attained numerous certifications from leading international accreditation institutions such as CFE, CIA, CISA, CISSP, CFE, PMP, ITIL oraz CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting. Fluent in English, German, Dutch and French.


Piotr Grzywacz – Founder, Foundation Council member

Graduate from the Warsaw School of Economics – Faculty of Finance and Banking.

Piotr has over 10 years of advisory experience focused on business and technology solutions in Poland and abroad. He was leading different assignments for multinational corporations focusing on joint business and IT perspective.

He has in depth knowledge of the challenges related to innovative IT solutions and growth of IT sector in Poland. His practical experience in the sector was obtained during projects performed in Poland, Germany, Scandinavia, Switzerland and US. Fluent in English, German and Russian.


Adam Pytlik – Founder, Foundation Council member

Graduate at Warsaw School of Economics, Department of MBA postgraduate studies at Gdansk University of Technology Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications and PhD Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management.

More than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry in implementing and managing projects. He has worked both in the public sector in managerial positions at the Ministries of Communications, Economy and Infrastructure as well as at the telecommunications companies such as TPSA, Telenergo and later Exatel SA.

He currently runs a self-business under the name Carrier Business & Enterprise Poland (CBEP) Adam Pytlik in a wide range of consulting innovation & IT/Telco projects and commercial support (operating) among companies and foreign companies.
