Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), known as the “GDPR”, entered into effect on 25 May 2018. The main aim of the GDPR is to update the regulations governing the protection of personal data in the European Union.
Our services do not require submission of personal data; in particular, abstaining from providing personal data does not limit the functionalities and features provided.
Should you absolutely voluntarily provide personal data in course of usage of our services we hereby inform you that our procedures regarding protection of personal data are in compliance with GDPR guidelines. We would also like to assure you that any personal data processed by the Foundation are secure. You also have the right to access the personal data concerning you, to request rectification, removal or restriction of processing of the data, to object to processing of the data, and to request that your personal data be turned over to you. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted on the basis of the consent you provided prior to withdrawal of consent.
You also have a right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the president of the Personal Data Protection Office.
