New Chairman of the Management Board

Aleksandra Polak is taking over leadership of the Management Board of the Innovation Platform Foundation. Ola is a strategy and innovation expert, with 10 years of experience in the advertising and media field. Her corporate knowledge and experience includes the biggest Polish digital publishers and Google. Between 2014-2018 she was developing and managing Google’s relations with publishers & broadcasters from the CEE region and beyond, from new business to the complex ad tech implementations (including technology platforms, programmatic, video content distribution).

Currently building a new chapter of the programmatic business in Yieldbird, launching innovative products for the publishers to scale & develop the business globally. Responsible for go-to-market strategy and product evangelisation for the biggest clients.

Frequent traveller to Asia and Africa. Fluent in English.
